“Wandering pickers and truant cookery”. “Beating about the bush “A walk on the wild side”... Nadine and Romain welcome you at 9.00 a.m. in the gathering area to «pick ourselves a wild meal». This involves observing, identifying and (respectfully) picking wild plants. Back at the restaurant, Romain (the chef), shows you how to turn these simple herbs into subtle and tasty dishes.
