Founded in 1994 by Bernard Castelain, this traditional, family-run business is strongly attached to its original values. Chocolaterie Castelain is committed to the quality of its products, which are made with fresh, local ingredients. The friendly team and their traditional craftsmanship guarantee a quality that is a credit to French gastronomy.

The products are available in the shops in Coustellet, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Althen-des-Paluds.

In the gourmet shop in Coustellet, you'll find the specialities that have made the reputation of Chocolaterie Bernard Castelain, such as Palet des Papes (a perfect blend of dark chocolate and Marc de Châteauneuf-du-Pape) and Picholine. Closed exceptionally on Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st and May 8th.
