The chef at La Bastide de Pierres honours traditional Italian cuisine, with a constant focus on authenticity and freshness. The dishes, prepared from carefully selected produce, are an ode to the flavours of Italy: crisp focaccia, tasty bruschette, generous salads, fresh al dente pasta and Neapolitan pizzas with perfectly airy pastry.
To start your meal, you can choose from a wide range of antipasti, accompanied by revisited Italian cocktails. Speck from the Dolomites, mortadella from Bologna, pecorino... every bite is an invitation to travel. Among the specialities not to be missed are vitello alla milanese, lobster linguine and aubergine parmigiana, which are absolute musts.
The meal would not be complete without the sweet touch of in-house desserts: tiramisu, baba with limoncello, or Calzone with Nutella.
