Comfort and modernity at the foot of the Luberon
Semi-detached house of 56 m² on 2 floors, in a gated residence with digital code access, close to the village (500 m) and shops (post office, bar-tabac, wine cellar, pharmacy, health centre, butcher's, baker's, restaurants, pizzeria).
On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Television and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with a single bed that can be converted into 2 single beds.
The terrace has a gas barbecue and an awning to protect you from the sun.
The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is air-conditioned and insulated, with double-glazed windows and mosquito nets. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
The swimming pool is off the ground (8x15m) and is shared by the owners of the residence (20), most of whom live here all year round, so it is not very busy during the day. Chilean chairs are available.

From 29/06 to 31/08. Open 24/24. Arrival on Saturday from 5pm and departure on Saturday before 10am.
